PROJECT OVERVIEW

Herefordshire Council needed a principal contractor to carry out distribution board replacements across multiple locations; the Acronbury Centre, Muchbirch Primary School, and Withington Primary School.

C M Ward Limited were contracted to complete the project, worth over £40,000.

Attentive liason was required between our team and group of multi-faceted stakeholders: 3 School Caretakers, Head Teachers, On-Site Clubs, and the Council Management Team.

Issues & Key Risks

There were some issues and risks that arose during the project, but were well-managed by our expert team.
